Remove access and delete data
You control the access ParalX has to your accounts. This is how you remove it and have your information deleted.
1. Remove the access at Meta
- Open Meta Business Suite and go to Business settings.
- Select Integrations, then Connected apps.
- Find ParalX and select Remove.
From then on, ParalX can no longer read or change anything in your Meta account. The access key we have stored stops working immediately.
2. Ask us to delete your information
Send an email to contact@paral.no from an address linked to your ParalX account and tell us what you want deleted:
- the connection to Meta and the access key we have stored
- conversations with the agents and their logs, including data retrieved from Meta
- what the agents remember about your business
- files and attachments
- your business's entire ParalX account and everything that belongs to it
We delete without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, and confirm when it is done.
What we keep
Usage figures needed for billing and accounting are kept for as long as accounting rules require.
