ParalX Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms apply when a business uses the ParalX service: the agents, the dashboard and the accounts the business connects.
1. Who the agreement is between
ParalX is provided by Paral Dynamic AS, organisation number 931 840 541, Henrik Wergelands gate 19, 4612 Kristiansand S, Norway ("ParalX", "we"). The agreement is between us and the business that uses the service ("you"). Anyone who starts using the service on behalf of a business confirms that they are allowed to do so.
ParalX is a service for businesses, not for consumers.
2. What the service is
ParalX gives you AI agents that work for your business, including on advertising. The agents can read results, create images, videos and copy, and suggest, create and change ads in accounts you have connected.
The agents use AI models. They can make mistakes. You must review what the agents create before it is published.
3. Accounts you connect
You can connect ParalX to services such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. You choose what we may access, and you can remove the access at any time.
When you connect such a service, that service's own terms also apply, for example Meta's Advertising Standards. You are responsible for making sure the accounts you connect are your own or that you are allowed to use them.
4. Approval and spending
New campaigns, ad sets and ads are created paused. Actions that can spend money, such as turning on an ad or campaign, boosting a post and changing a budget, can be set up so that a person at your business must approve them first.
You pay advertising costs directly to Meta or another advertising platform. They are not part of the price of ParalX. Once you have approved an action, you are responsible for the cost it causes.
5. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for the ads and content published from your accounts, including when an agent created it. Among other things, the content must:
- comply with the law, including marketing law
- comply with the rules of the platform it is published on
- not infringe the rights of others, such as copyright or trademarks
You may not use ParalX for spam, misleading advertising, illegal products or to get around platform rules or restrictions.
6. Rights
What you upload, and what the agents create for you, belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service, and we do not use it to train AI models.
The ParalX service, software and brand belong to us.
7. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement. Contact us to get it.
8. Price and payment
Price and payment terms are set out in the offer or order confirmation you have received from us. If we change the price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and working, but we cannot promise that it always will be. We may change and improve the service. If we remove something significant, we will tell you well in advance.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, or for advertising costs you have approved. Nor are we liable for what the platforms do, for example Meta rejecting an ad or restricting an account.
Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months.
This does not apply if we have acted with gross negligence or intent.
11. Termination
You can terminate at any time, with effect from the next billing period.
We may close your access if you breach these terms, in particular section 5. When the agreement ends, we delete your information as described in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
Norwegian law applies. Disputes shall first be sought resolved through negotiation. If that fails, they are decided by Agder District Court.
